Special Envoy for Freedom of Religion and Belief of the Kingdom of the Netherlands

Bea ten Tusscher has been a Diplomat at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 36 years.

Bea was appointed as Special Envoy for Freedom of Religion by the Minister of Foreign Affairs on the 1st of September 2022.

Her areas of experience and expertise are human rights, rule of law, gender equality, humanitarian affairs, democratic and economic transition , good governance, energy, trade and business promotion, private sector development and development cooperation.
